Coyote vs. Acme, directed by Dave Green, starts with a very simple question: what if Wile E. Coyote finally decided to hold Acme accountable for all those defective products? The answer is a spectacular lawsuit against the company that for years has sold him rockets, traps, and gadgets that are as ingenious as they are disastrous.
For generations of viewers, Wile E. Coyote has been the most stubborn of dreamers. For decades, he has chased the Road Runner without ever managing to catch him, repeatedly falling victim to the most improbable contraptions produced by Acme. Amid explosions, cliffs, malfunctioning rockets, and defective inventions, he has become one of the most universal, amusing, and romantic symbols of failure, but also, and above all, of perseverance.
