Mammina (1 screening) Hall 1

Mammina, directed by Rob Savage, tells the story of an eight-year-old girl who knows terror all too well. In the new house she has just moved into with her family, there is something that never leaves her alone: a dark entity she calls “Other Mother.” Apparently caring, this disturbing creature tries to insinuate itself into the girl’s mind and heart, drawing her into increasingly sinister forms of torment. True terror does not lurk only in the spirit world: in reality, her family is also on the brink of chaos.
The film’s cast includes Jessica Chastain.
