SYNOPSIS

Cena di Classe, directed by Francesco Mandelli, tells the story of a group of former high school classmates who reunite seventeen years after graduation.
Their meeting takes place on the occasion of an old friend’s funeral, an event that brings back forgotten wounds, memories, and nostalgia. Fueled by alcohol and the discovery of an old video from their high school days, the evening takes an unexpected turn. Driven by the desire to relive the magic and recklessness of adolescence, the former classmates decide to secretly break into their old school.
What begins as a nostalgic and playful reunion quickly turns into an extraordinary adventure completely out of control, with unpredictable consequences and events that may even have legal repercussions.
Through laughter, regrets, and unresolved issues, the film explores generational nostalgia with an ironic perspective, reflecting on the contrast between who people once dreamed of becoming and who they have actually become.
